Software: Software purchases can't be exchanged or refunded after the key is issued. Please make sure you are ordering the correct program prior to placing your order. If you have any questions about software features or functionality please contact us prior to making an order. All software, except Windows OS ordered with a computer, will be sent via email and there is no shipping or processing fee. Hardware: If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days. Items in perfect unused condition with undamaged factory packaging will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Opened packages are subject to inspection and amount of credit issued will be based upon item and packaging condition. You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning any products. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused at the time of delivery.
To obtain an RMA # email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order #, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. We will contact you within 48 hours of your initial request.
You must write the RMA # in marker on the outside of the box. Failure to clearly write the RMA # on the box will result in your package being refused at the time of delivery.
All returned items must be properly packaged for shipping. We are not responsible or liable for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
All packages must be properly addressed and sent via a trackable carrier. If you choose to use USPS as your return shipper the package must be sent signature required. We are not responsible or liable for any packages that are lost in transit.
